Do I need a credit card to sign up?

Accepted Answer

No. Every new studio gets a 14-day Pro trial — the $89/mo tier with classes, packs, waitlists, online payments, AI assistant, and the full Pro feature set unlocked — without a credit card. You'll only be asked for payment if you decide to keep a paid plan after the trial.

How long until I'm live and accepting bookings?

About 5 minutes. Sign up, upload your logo, pick your colors, add your class schedule, and share your link. No sales calls, no onboarding fees, no 6-week migrations like the legacy platforms.

Can I migrate from Mindbody, Vagaro, Glofox, or Zen Planner?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send us an export of your members, classes, and pack balances and we'll import everything for you — usually within 48 hours so you don't lose a day of revenue. Zatrovo has no contracts, so you'll never be trapped like you were on the legacy platforms.

Question 5

How do payments work? Does Zatrovo take a cut?

Accepted Answer

No. You connect your own Stripe account and every payment flows straight to your bank — Zatrovo charges 0% in transaction fees. Only Stripe's standard processing fees apply (around 2.9% + 30¢). You keep full control of refunds, payouts, and reporting inside Stripe.

Can I sell class packs, memberships, and single drop-ins?

All three. Sell 10-class packs, unlimited monthly memberships, intro offers, or one-off drop-ins. Credits deduct automatically when members book, balances expire on the schedule you set, and every transaction is tracked per member.

Does Zatrovo handle group classes and 1:1 appointments?

Accepted Answer

Both, in one system. Run group class schedules with recurring sessions and waitlists, plus Calendly-style 1:1 booking for personal training, consultations, or private sessions. Instructors set their own availability and members get one seamless booking experience.

What about waitlists, reminders, and late cancellations?

Accepted Answer

Waitlists auto-promote the next member when a spot opens. Email reminders send automatically before every class. You set your own cancellation window — e.g. 24 hours — and Zatrovo enforces it, refunding credits or withholding refunds for late cancels based on your rules.

Can I reply to members without leaving Zatrovo?

Yes. The shared inbox sits in the admin sidebar — every member conversation in one place, with keyboard shortcuts (J/K to navigate, / for canned replies, R to reply), private notes your team sees but members don't, and a one-shot welcome auto-reply that greets first-time messagers while you're offline.

Can I sell upsells at booking time (equipment, mat hire, upgrades)?

Yes. Attach add-ons to any service with their own price and duration. Members pick them inline during the booking flow and the amounts roll straight into the checkout total. Duration add-ons also extend the calendar block so back-to-back bookings don't clash.

Drop in your Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4 / GTM), and Google Ads conversion IDs — Zatrovo fires standard purchase, booking, and signup events automatically. For anything else, our Zapier webhook POSTs every signup, booking, and purchase to 7,000+ apps (Sheets, Mailchimp, Slack, CRMs).

Will my members ever see the Zatrovo name?

Accepted Answer

Never. It's your logo, your colors, your branded subdomain (yourstudio.zatrovo.com), and your studio name on every booking confirmation and receipt email. Members book, pay, and log in without ever knowing Zatrovo is under the hood.

What does the AI assistant actually do?

Accepted Answer

It's a Claude-powered second pair of hands. Ask 'how did last week look?' and it pulls real numbers. Tell it 'email yesterday's no-shows' and it drafts the email. It books members, answers their questions, and handles admin busywork so you can get back to teaching.
