How do I set up my studio on Zatrovo?

When you first log in, the Setup Wizard launches automatically and walks you through five phases: Location, Team, Offerings, Schedule, and Payments. Enter your studio name, contact details, and timezone under Settings. Add at least one Location with a Zone, create your first Employee record, and set up a Class Type or Service Type to start adding classes to your schedule.

How do I create a class on the schedule?

Go to Schedule and click the + button or click on a time slot. Select a Class Type, set the date, time, duration, and capacity. Assign an instructor and choose a location/zone. Click Save and the class is immediately bookable by members. You can also set up recurring classes to auto-generate your weekly schedule.

How do I add and manage members?

Go to the Members page and click Add Member. Enter their name, email, and optionally a phone number. You can also bulk-import members via CSV upload, send email invitations, grant credit packs, freeze accounts temporarily, or manage roles (Owner, Admin, Employee, Member).

How do I set up Stripe payments?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings → Payments and click Connect Stripe. Follow the Stripe OAuth flow to authorize the connection. Toggle between Test Mode and Live Mode. Create credit packs that automatically sync as Stripe Products. Always test a full purchase flow in Test Mode first before switching to Live Mode.

How do I reply to members and configure automated emails?

Use Messaging from the admin sidebar for the shared inbox — a 3-pane UI with keyboard shortcuts (J/K navigate, R reply, / canned replies, N private note). Configure canned replies and the one-shot welcome auto-reply from the inbox settings. For transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders, cancellations, waitlist promotions), go to Automations — every event is customizable and fires automatically. SMS, WhatsApp, and LINE channels are on the roadmap.

How do I customize my studio branding?

Go to Branding under Advanced. Choose from six theme presets (Midnight, Ember, Ivory, Royal, Forest, Ocean) or customize individual colors. Upload your logo, select title and body fonts from 20+ options. Changes apply across your booking page, emails, and admin panel.

What can the AI Assistant do?

The AI Assistant can query your schedule, search members, view analytics, create schedule items, and generate reports using natural language. It also supports image-based booking — drop a screenshot of a booking request and the AI extracts the details and pre-fills the form.
